The Public Grievance Cell set up in 2007 by the Govt. of NCT of Delhi under the ageis of Deptt. Of Power Govt of NCT of Delhi with financial and logistic support of Delhi Transco Limited. The power related grievances of all discoms may be registered and Grievance of the 3rd party energy meter testing by the M/S. CENTRAL POWER RESEARCH INSTITUTE, is registered by paying the fees and the Public Grievance Cell also associating suspected meter testing in M/S. ERTL (Okhla) New Delhi, approved by DERC. The Grievance of all discoms which is not resolved in weekly review meetings held in Public Grievance Cell, is heared by Member (Technical)/Chairman by hearing proceedings, The Public Grievance Cell headed by the Chairman, Member (Technical) situated in the G/F SLDC, 33KV Substation Building, Tagore road Minto Road Complex New Delhi-110002
