Ans. There are following 2 steps to lodge a complaint with Public Grievance cell
- Online submission of Grievance
- Incase of Online Grievance the complainant has to follow following steps

- Open website “www.bijlipgr.gov.in”
- Click on REGISTER GRIEVANCE button available on the website
- Submit their Grievance with all the mandatory fields filled-in
- Now the complainant will be able to check the status on the website by clicking on CHECK STATUS button available on the website.
- To check the status of complaint the complainant would be required to feed-in their Mobile No. (mentioned at the time of Grievance Registration) & Grievance Ref. No. (Issued after registration of Grievance)
- Offline submission of Grievance
- Incase of offline Grievance the user can submit/drop-in their complaints at the below mentioned address:
